El Perro de los Baskerville es una de las más célebres novelas de terror, basada en una leyenda sobre un perro fantasmal, merodeador de la región de Dartmoor, unaáspera y desolada parameda de unas doscientas millas cuadradas, pertenecientes al condado de Debon, al sudoeste de Inglaterra. The Hound of the Baskervilles is one of the most famous horror novels, based on a legend of a ghostly dog which lurks the region of Dartmoor, moorland of around two hundred square metres, belonging to Devonshire in South West England.
